Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote web hosting, VPS, and dedicated server products. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and offer customized solutions to customers. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customer segments. 
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media promotions. 
  • Track and report sales metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve sales targets. 
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the web hosting, VPS, or IT industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of web hosting, VPS, and dedicated server technologies. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics). 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
