Job Overview:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Remote Support Agent to assist our customers with basic hosting-related inquiries. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the hosting industry while gaining valuable technical support experience. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, assisting with basic troubleshooting, and guiding users through our hosting platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through setting up their hosting accounts using Pterodactyl Panel, WHMCS, and VPS services.
- Provide basic technical support via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist customers with domain setup, server management, and navigating the Pterodactyl Panel.
- Help users with billing and account management via WHMCS.
- Troubleshoot common game server, VPS, and hosting issues and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and solutions.
- Deliver a friendly, patient, and professional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of VPS hosting, game server hosting, and domain management.
- Familiarity with Pterodactyl Panel (training provided).
- Knowledge of WHMCS for billing and account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hosting and server-related issues.
- Comfortable working remotely and handling multiple support requests.
- Prior customer support or IT helpdesk experience is a plus, but not required.
